MONTREAL WEST, November 8, 2018 — The 15 mayors of the suburban municipalities are recognizing the budget preparation efforts made by the Plante-Dorais administration to limit increases and protect taxpayers – efforts which they are systematically implementing in their 15 cities for their 246,000 residents.
